跑山季節，當然要介紹多一點裝備給大家參考，越野跑鞋可算是與客人討論最多的項目之一，因著大家都熱愛在大自然中跑跑跳跳，雙腳不舒服是很難受的。

Montrail Men's bajada Trail running shoes ︰

推薦為長程使用，如100km，越野跑鞋特別之處是外底的和中底避震效果很好，重量適中，鞋不是太窄容易穿著，折扣後HK$960。

Brooks men and women's Puregrit 3︰

有很多客人的review：鞋底設計非常合適trail running 輕快的跑法，鞋本身好輕爬着力很好，看似吸震普通但穿著後出奇地有很好的防震，但濕滑路段要留意。價錢合理HK$790。
